| 摘 要： | 目的 评价经桡动脉穿刺行冠状动脉造影及PCI术的成功率及并发症。方法 观察我院在2004年10月至2005年1月期间的21例经桡动脉穿刺与32例股动脉穿刺行冠状动脉造影及PCI术在成功率及并发症方面的差异。结果 经桡动脉穿刺与经股动脉穿刺行冠状动脉造影及PCI术的成功率相似，前者的并发症较少。结论 经桡动脉穿刺行冠状动脉造影及PCI术是安全有效的。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the success rate and complication of transradial access for coronaryangiography and percutaneous cardiac interwention(PCI). Methods We observed the difference in the successrate and complication between 21 patients with transradial access and 32 patients with femoral access forcoronary angiography and PCI in our hospital from October 2004 to January 2005. Results The success rateis conformable for coronary angiography and PCI between with transradial access and with femoral access. Thecomplication of anterior one is less than posterior one . Conclusion Transradial access for coronaryangiography and PCI is safe and effective. |
