儿童特发性血小板减少性紫癜血清B细胞激活因子浓度变化及临床意义

目的 探讨儿童特发性血小板减少性紫癜（ITP）治疗前后血清B细胞激活因子（BAFF）浓度变化及临床意义.方法 采用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测28例健康体检者（对照组）和28例血小板减少性紫癜患儿（ITP组）治疗前后血清BAFF水平,进行真实、详尽的记录,并进行对比分析.结果 对照组血清BAFF浓度为（0.52±0.31）ng/ml,血清BAFF浓度在ITP患儿治疗前为（0.95±0.51）ng/ml,高于治疗后的（0.45±0.21）ng/ml及对照组,比较差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）.治疗后与对照组比较差异无显著性意义（P＞0.05）.结论 血清BAFF可作为一种新的指标来检测ITP疾病.

The change of serum BAFF level in children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura and its clinical significance

Objective To explore the change of serum BAFF level in children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) after treatment and its clinical significance. Methods Serum BAFF levels were detected at baseline and after treatment by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in 28 healthy children (control group) and 28 children with ITP (ITP group), Results BAFF levels were significantly lower after treatment in children with ITP (P<0.05); but there was no statistical significance between the children receiving treatment and the control group (P>O.05). Conclusions Serum BAFF can be used as a new indicator to detect idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.
