北京地区护理专业本科生考研意向调查分析

目的：了解北京市护理专业本科生的考研意向。方法：自行设计调查问卷,调查北京地区3所高校的护理本科生。结果：①199名调查对象有考研打算者41人（20.60%）;高考成绩、报考护理专业的原因、本科阶段对护理专业的兴趣、学习情况自我评价以及是否获得奖学金对考研意向有显著影响;②促使考研的因素中以“想在某个专业领域中有所发展和建树”占第一位;几近半数（43.90%）有考研意向者准备报考基础医学学科专业,“是否感兴趣”是学生选择报考专业的主要影响因素;打算报考本校研究生与报考外校研究生的人数大致相当,学生最主要关注的是报考院校的师资力量和学术水平;③不报考研究生的主要原因是“想先增加社会经验”。结论：北京地区护理本科生打算考研者比例较小,能冷静对待考研,考研动机比较积极正向,但是由于报考专业偏离护理学会造成优秀学生的流失,需引起高校教学管理部门注意。

The undergraduate nursing students' intention for the attendance of the graduate entrance examination in Beijing: the investigation and analysis

Objective： This study aimed to understand the undergraduate nursing students’ intention for the attendance of the graduate entrance examination in Beijing. Methods： 199 undergraduate nursing students in three universities in Beijing accom- plished a self-designed questionnaire. Results： ① 41 （20.60%） students had the inten- tion on the attendance of the graduate entrance examination. The influencing factors on the intention included the university entrance examination score, reasons for choosing nursing career, interest at nursing profession, study condition, self-evaluation and achieve- ment of the scholarship or not. ② The primary reason for the intention for the attendance of the graduate entrance examination was the progress and achievement in some profes- sional career. Nearly half （43.90%） of the students who had the intention would apply for the basic medical science. The major factor influencing the professional choice was the interest. The students who would apply for their own university corresponded with those who would apply the other universities. The key concerns of the students were the faculty and academic level. ③ Those who had no intention for the attendance of the graduate entrance examination were keen to gain the social experience. Conclusion： The proportion of the undergraduate nursing students who had the intention for the atten- dance of the graduate entrance examination was little in Beijing. The students could treat the graduate entrance examination dispassionately and had a relatively positive motivation. But the teaching management department in the university should pay more attention to this phenomenon because the departure of the application with nursing majority could induce the outflow of the excellent students.
