子宫肌壁间异位妊娠的诊治

目的探讨子宫肌壁间异位妊娠的发病机制、临床特征、诊断和治疗。方法回顾性分析我院近5年收治的2例子宫肌壁间妊娠病例的临床特点。结果2例子宫肌壁间妊娠病例均有先期人流操作史，均表现为人流术后不规则阴道流血，血B-HCG轻度升高，彩超提示子宫肌层异常回声，宫腔镜未见异常。治疗采用开腹局灶病灶切除术。结论人流术是发生肌壁间妊娠的重要病因，该病的术前诊断困难，主要靠手术诊断，治疗以手术切除病灶为主。

Diagnosis and treatment of intramural pregnancy

Objective To identify the clinical features of intramural pregnancy. Methods Retrospective analysis the clinical features on 2 patients admitted to our hospital with intramural pregnancy in 5 years. Results Two patients had a history of a revious dilation and curettage （D＆C）, they all had irregular bleeding after D＆C, with low serum B-HCG level, Ultrasound revealed a mass in the uterus, hysteroscopy demonstrated a normal uterine cavity. Conclusion Intramural ectopic pregnancy is very rare and early detection is difficult. A past history of an artificial abortion is one of the important reasons. At laparotomy,the intramural pregnancy can be diagnosed and treated successfully.
