| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨阴道镜在宫颈疾病筛查中的临床诊断价值。方法:选择该院妇科门诊2001年10月-2003年10月因宫颈疾病行阴道镜检查的患者3 857例,对其检查结果进行分析总结。结果:在3 857例患者中.病理检查446例,经病理确诊为慢性宫颈炎者299例,CIN Ⅰ-Ⅲ级98例,宫颈原位癌21例,宫颈浸润癌12例,宫颈湿疣16例。结论:阴道镜对早期发现宫颈癌前病变、宫颈原位癌、浸润癌、亚临床人乳头瘤病毒感染有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the value and clinical significances of colposcopy in diagnosis of cervical disease. Methods: To analyse and summarize 3 857 cases of cervical disease with the help of colposcopy in the hospital from October,2001 to October, 2003. Results:Of all 3 857 cases,446 biopsy cases were taken, and through pathological diagnoasis.found 98 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, 21 carcinoma in situ, 12 invasive carcinoma, 299 chronic cervicitis, 16 cervical condyloma. Conclusion: Colposcopy has an important diagnostic value in finding cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, early stage of carcinoma and cervical condyloma . |
