| 摘 要： | 学术期刊的评价包括核心期刊的界定和新创刊的评价。以知识密度梯度的概念和期刊论文分布特征相结合确定了30种生物信息学中文核心期刊，以影响权重、声誉系数和H指数对新创刊的生物信息学中文期刊进行了评价。

| Abstract: | The evaluation of academic bioinformatics journals includes defining the core journals and evaluating newly-founded journals. Thirty Chinese core bioinformatics journals were determined using the concept of knowledge density gradient in combination with the distribution pattern of journal papers, and the newly founded Chinese bioinformatics journals were evaluated using the impact weight, reputation coefficient and H index. |
