冠心病病人血清中白介素-8、C-反应蛋白及TNF—α水平变化

目的探讨白介素-8、c-反应蛋白、TNF—α与冠心病的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA法）测定30例不稳定型心绞痛、65例稳定型心绞痛、35例急性心肌梗死病人及70例正常健康者血清中白介素-8、c-反应蛋白、TNF-仅的水平。结果急性心肌梗死组、不稳定型心绞痛组、稳定型心绞痛组血清中白介素-8、c-反应蛋白及TNF-仅水平明显高于正常健康对照组（P〈0．01），其中急性心肌梗死组炎症指标水平最高，不稳定型心绞痛组与稳定型心绞痛组比较差异也有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论白介素-8、c-反应蛋白及TNF—α参与了冠心病人冠状动脉炎症病变的发生、发展过程，且与冠状动脉的病变程度呈正相关。

Study on the interleukin-8 ( IL-8), C-reactive protein and Tumor necrosis factor -a (TNF -a) in the patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To explore the relations between interleukin -8 factor- a（ TNF-α） in the patients with coronary heart disease. Methods （ IL - 8 ）, c - reactive protein and tumor necrosis The serum levels of IL - 8, CRP and TNF - α were measured by ELISA in 30 cases of UA group, 65 cases of SA group, 35 cases of AMI group and 70 cases of normal control group. Results The serum level of IL - 8, CRP and TNF - α in the cases of AMI group, UA group, SA group were obviously higher than those of the normal control group （P 〈0. 01 ）. And the level of AMI group was the highest. Comparing the UA group with the SA group, there were also marked difference in the serum level of IL - 8, CRP and TNF - α （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions IL - 8, CRP and TNF - α are involved in the occurrence of coronary artery inflammation and disease progression, they are also positively correlated to the severity of the disease.
