| 摘 要： | 18例不稳定性骨盆骨折采用切开复位内固定或骨盆外固定器治疗,其中旋转不稳型10例,垂直不稳型8例.平均随访17个月,疗效满意.认为旋转不稳型骨盆骨折宜首选外固定器治疗,垂直不稳型骨盆骨折应争取解剖复位,为此必须采用切开复位内固定治疗.

| Abstract: | Eighteen patients of unstable pelvic fractures were treated by open reduction and internal fixation or external fixation. Of the 18 cases ,10 cases were rotational unstable and 8 cases were vertical unstable. An average of follow-up duration was 17 months and a satisfactory result had been achieved, The author believed that the external fixation was the method of choice to treat rotational unstable pelvic fracture. Open reduction and internal fixation was necessary for vertical unstable pelvic fracture in order to obtain satisfactory reduction and outcome. |
