摘    要:目的:进行抗菌药物的实验室检测的研究工作,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法:依照NCCLS标准,对429例感染病人的病原菌进行动态监测,做药敏试验,测定血药浓度和药动学参数,对数据进行分析。结果:细菌耐药性有逐步增强且敏感性下降趋势;联合药敏试验对难治性感染有积极治疗意义;进行血药浓度、抗生素后效应测定及求算药动学参数,可使抗感染治疗更加及时,更有针对性。结论:抗菌药物的实验室检测及研究对临床合理使用抗菌药物起关键作用。

Abstract:Objective: To provide pharmacological basis for clinical rational use of antibacterials. Methods: According to NCCLS standards, the pathogenic bacteria, drug sensitive test, plasma concentrations and pharmacokinetic parameters of drugs in 429 patients were determined and the data were analysed. Results: The bacteria sensitivity to drugs tended decline and resistance tended to increase. Associated drug sensitive test had positive significance on refractory infections. Measurement of drug plasma concentrations and post-antibiotic effect and calculating pharmacokinetic parameters could make the anti-infection treatment given in time and pertinent. Conclusion: The key of rational use of antibacterials is the laboratory examination and analysis of antibacterials.
