组合式外固定支架治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折临床效果观察

目的：对桡骨远端不稳定性骨折采用组合式外固定支架进行治疗的临床效果进行分析。方法将本院2011年3月~2012年3月收治的桡骨远端不稳定性骨折患者85例分为对照组和治疗组，对照组行石膏固定，治疗组行组合式外固定支架治疗，于术后12个月进行回访。结果对桡骨远端不稳定性骨折，采用组合式外固定支架的方法进行治疗，临床效果显著，优于对照组采用石膏固定的患者。结论桡骨远端不稳定性骨折，采用组合式外固定支架的方法进行治疗，疗效显著，值得临床推广。

Clinical effect observation of combined external fixator in the treatment of unstable distal radius fracture

Objective To analyze the clinical treatment effect of combined external fixator in the treatment of unstable distal radius fractures combined with external fixation. Methods Choosing 85 cases of unstable distal radius fractures from March 2011 to March 2012 in our hospital and dividing them into control group and treatment group, control group treated with plaster fixation for fracture, treatment group treated with combined external fixator. Results For unstable distal radius fracture, using combined external fixator for treatment, the clinical effect was better than that of control group, the patients were fixed with plaster. Conclusion Combined external fixator in the treatment of unstable distal radius fracture has a good effect and stability, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
