超声对腹部淋巴结内常见病变的诊断价值

目的探讨超声对腹部淋巴结内常见病变的诊断价值。方法应用超声二维成像方法检测随机抽取的腹部淋巴结内有病变的患者61例,结合患者的临床表现和临近脏器的病变情况,综合分析病变的来源和性质。结果腹部淋巴瘤有22例,由大小类似、回声较均匀的结节相互聚合而成,分叶状的巨大椭圆形,包膜多完整,常多发,无原发性病灶;转移性淋巴结有29例,回声多不均匀,相互靠近、重叠,聚集成团块状不规则分布,包膜不完整,常多发,有原发癌症病灶;炎性淋巴结有10例,为回声较均匀的类圆形,包膜比较完整,常单发,有原发感染病灶。结论腹部淋巴结内常见病变具有较典型的超声表现,且和临近脏器病变有一定的关系,对临床诊断有重要的价值。

Study on the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of common abdominal lymph node lesions

Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of common abdominal lymph node lesions. Methods 61 cases of patients with abdominal lymph node lesions wererandomly sampled by using two-dimensional imaging. The clinical manifestations of patients and the pathological changes of the adjacent organs were examined for a comprehensive analysis of the source of lesions and properties. Results 22 cases of patients were with abdominal lymphoma which was polymerized by nodules of similar sizes, and homogeneous echo, huge oval lobulated, with integral capsule, generally single, and without primary tumor; 29 cases were with metastatic lymph nodes, whose echoes were uneven, with the nodes close to each other, overlapping, irregularly distributed into a mass, and the nodes＇ capsules were incomplete, often multiple, with primary cancer; 10 cases were with inflammatory lymph nodes, the echoes of whom were uniformly circular, and the coating was complete, usually solitary, and a primary infection foci. Conclusion The common abdominal lymph node lesions＇ ultrasonography results are typical, and are of certain collation with adjacent viscera disease; therefore, it has important value in clinical diagnosis.
