长托宁联合血液灌流治疗急性重度有机磷农药中毒的疗效观察

目的探讨急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者采用长托宁联合血液灌流治疗的临床效果。方法选择我院2009年5月至2011年5月收治的重度有机磷农药中毒患者40例,随机分为两组,对照组20例采用长托宁治疗,观察组20例在此基础上联合血液灌流治疗,就两组临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果观察组治愈时间、ICU停留时间明显短于对照组,中间综合征发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病死率两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床对急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者进行治疗时,采用长托宁与血液灌流联用,提高抢救成功率,改善患者远期生命质量。

Effect of Penehyclidine Hydrochloride Combined with Hemoperfusion in Treatment of Acute Severe Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning Curative Effect Observation

Objective To study the acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients by penehyclidine hydrochloride combined with hemoperfusion in the treatment of clinical effect.Methods In our hospital from 2009May to2011May were severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning of 40 cases,were randomly divided into two groups,20 cases in the control group using penehyclidine hydrochloride treatment,the observation group20 cases on the basis of the Combined Hemoperfusion treatment,two groups of clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results The observation group cure time,ICU residence time was significantly shorter than that in the control group,intermediate syndrome incidence was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Mortality in the two groups compare difference not to have statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusions The clinical of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients,using penehyclidine hydrochloride and hemoperfusion combined with,increase the successful rescue rate,improve the quality of life of patients with long term.
