2011年淄博市医院污水消毒处理状况调查

目的]掌握淄博市医院污水消毒处理情况,进一步做好医疗机构传染病监测管理工作。方法]2011年8～10月,对淄博市40家各级医院的污水消毒处理状况进行调查,在消毒设备运行正常的医院,采集处理前后污水进行消毒效果检测。结果]调查40家医院,有消毒设备的39家,消毒设备能够正常运行的26家。抽检消毒处理后样品26份,粪大肠菌群数合格率为69.23%,出口余氯合格率为84.62%。消毒设备运行、日常记录、个人防护装备、自检手段、应急消毒措施等方面,市属医院和区县医院好于市管医院。结论]淄博市多数医院配有污水消毒处理设备,但设备运行及污水消毒处理存在较多问题,消毒合格率不高。

Survey on Hospital Sewage Disinfection Treatment Effect in Zibo City,2011

Objective]To understand the disinfection treatment status of hospital sewage in Zibo city,so as to improve infectious disease monitoring management for medical institutions.Methods]A questionnaire survey was conducted on hospital sewage management status in 40 hospitals in Zibo city between August and October,2011.In hospitals where disinfection facilities ran well,on-site sampling and testing methods were used to investigate disinfection efficiency before and after sewage treatment.Results]There were disinfection facilities in 39 out of 40 hospitals surveyed,and the disinfection facilities of 26 hospitals ran well.26 samples were collected and tested,and the eligible rates of fecal coli group and total chlorine were 69.23% and 84.62% respectively.Municipal and district hospitals were better than the city hospitals in the sterilization equipment operation,daily records,personal protective equipment,self-test tools,emergency disinfection measures,and so on.Conclusion]Most hospitals are equipped with sewage disinfection facilities in Zibo city,but there are lots of problems in the operation and disinfection treatment,and the eligible rate after disinfection is not high.
