| 摘 要： | 目的应用超声观察高泌乳素血症对女性精神分裂症患者乳腺的影响。方法应用高频超声对106例女性精神分裂症患者的乳腺进行检查。分析乳腺改变与患者症状、年龄、病程及血清泌乳素水平的关系。结果 106例女性精神分裂症患者中高泌乳素血症87例(占82%),其中60例伴有乳腺导管扩张(占69%);13例伴溢乳(占22%)。乳腺导管扩张程度与血清泌乳素水平有关(P<0.01),乳腺导管扩张程度与年龄及病程无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论高泌乳素血症可引起女性精神分裂症患者的乳腺导管扩张及溢乳,应引起临床重视,对患者乳腺的远期影响须追踪观察。
