分枝杆菌微量药敏测定与罗氏绝对浓度法药敏测定的比较研究

目的分枝杆菌微量药敏测定与罗氏绝对浓度法药敏测定的对比试验研究。方法痰液结核分枝杆菌培养,采用分枝杆菌微量药敏测定试剂盒进行结核分枝杆菌微量药敏测定,同时采用罗氏绝对浓度法药敏检测进行对照。结果经2种试验方法检测,利福平、乙胺丁醇、氧氟沙星、左氧氟沙星(LVFX)4种药物的敏感性均为100%,阿米卡星、卷曲霉素2种药物的敏感性分别为88.9%、80.0%,仅链霉素的敏感性为78.3%。卷曲霉素的特异性最高,为98.6%,利福科、异烟肼均在90%以上,乙胺丁醇、氧氟沙星、LVFX、阿米卡星4种的特异性均在80%以上。利福平、异烟肼、LVFX、卷曲霉素4种药物符合率均达到90%以上,分别为96.1%、92.2%、90.9%、97.4%,链霉素、乙胺丁醇、氧氟沙星、阿米卡星4种药物符合率在80%以上,分别为87.0%、87.0%、88.3%、84.4%。结论与罗氏绝对浓度法药敏测定结果比较,8种药物MIC测定敏感性、特异性、符合率均较高,MIC测定是一种快速可靠的药敏试验方法,具有较高的临床应用价值。
