| 摘 要： | 脐带血干/祖细胞移植在造血和免疫系统的恢复与重建中具有重要的临床应用前景.脐带血中含有丰富的造血和免疫活性物质,脐带血免疫细胞的功能特性与脐带血细胞的成功移植和低GVHD的发生密切相关.此外,脐带血的单核细胞、树突状细胞和NK细胞还在血液系统及其他肿瘤的免疫治疗中有研究价值.

| Abstract: | Transplantation of stem/progenitor cells in cord blood shows great prospects in recovery and reconstitution of hematopoiesis and immune system. Cord blood is rich in hematopoietic growth factors and other cytokines. The functional characteristics of immune cells in cord blood are closely related to the successful transplantation and low incidence of GVHD. In addition, monocytes, dendritic cells and natural killer cells in cord blood also have clinical prospect in immune therapy for malignant diseases. |
