抗炎药联合强脊壮督颗粒治疗强直性脊柱炎临床观察

目的观察与评价强脊壮督颗粒治疗强直性脊柱炎（AS）的临床疗效.方法将94例AS患者随机分为治疗组50例,对照组44例,治疗组给予奈普生片和强脊壮督颗粒,对照组给予奈普生片和柳氮磺吡啶片.两组疗程均为6个月,每3个月复查一次.观察两组患者治疗后的总体疗效,血沉（ESR）、C-反应蛋白（CRP）的变化.结果治疗3个月和6个月后,治疗组总体疗效、ESR、CRP降低情况均优于对照组（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）.结论强脊壮督颗粒治疗AS疗效满意,除能有效的改善症状、体征外,还能降低ESR、CRP等活动指标,且用药期间副作用少,耐受性良好.

Clinical observations of treating 50 cases of ankylosing spondylitis with the combination of Anti-inflammatory agents and Qiangjizhuangdu Keli

Objectives To observe and evaluate the clinical effects of Qiangjizhuangdu Keli in treating ankylosing spondylitis(AS). Methods 94 patients suffered from AS were randomly divided into the treatment group(50 patients) and the control group(44 patients). The patients in the treatment group were treated with Neproxen tablets and Qiangjizhuangdu Keli and the patients in the control group were treated with Naproxen tablets and salazosulfapyridine tablets. The periods of treatments for the two groups were both 6 months and the patients were rechecked every 3 months. Differences in the overall therapeutic effects,erythrocyte sedimentation rates (ESR) and C-Reaction Proteins (CRP) between the two groups were observed. Results Both after 3 months and 6 months,better results were observed for the treatment group in overall therapeutic effects,ESRs and CRPs. Conclusion Satisfactory therapeutic results can be achieved by using Qiangjizhuangdu Keli for the treatment of AS. Besides effectively ameliorating the symptoms and signs,it can also reduce such dynamic indicators like ESR and CRP. Side effects are seldom seen during the treatment and the drug is well tolerated.
