雪莲的抗缺氧研究

摘    要:目的:研究雪莲的抗缺氧作用;方法:选用常压缺氧、异丙肾上腺素、亚硝酸钠、结扎小鼠两侧颈总动脉等方法,制备急性缺氧动物模型进行实验研究;结果:雪莲能延长缺氧动物存活时间,与对照组比较差别有显著性,P<0.01;结论:雪莲具有明显的抗缺氧作用。

Abstract:Objective: To Study the effects of Xuelian on hypoxia. Methods:The animal models with acute hypoxia were made by different ways and the survival time was recorded separately in various groups. Results:The survival time was prolonged in the group in which the Xuelian extract was given by ip (1g/kg) compared with that in control groups (P<0.01). Conclusion: There is a remarkable anti -hypoxic effect of Xuelian on hypoxia.
