| 摘 要： | 目的：观察血液透析滤过在临床中的应用效果。方法：对行规律血液透析的30例患者分别进行HD196次和HDF98次后同时作自身对照,分别观察其在治疗过程中发生的并发症及对B2-M的清除率的对比。结果：HD疗效低于HDF。结论：血液透析滤过能够加强中大分子物质的清除,提高透析的充分性,减少并发症,而且具有稳定的血液动力学,提高患者的耐受性,减少不良反应的发生,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effects of hemodiafiltration（HDF） in clinical application.Method： 30 hemodialysis patients in regular pattern were involved in this research.They were respectively treated with hemodialysis（HD） 196 times and HDF 98 times.Then observed and compared the complication and the clearance rate of B2-M after the Treatment.Result： HDF had less complications and better clearance rate of B2-M than HD.Conclusion： Hemodiafiltration can enhance the clearance of macromolecules,improve dialysis adequacy,reduce complications and have a stable haemodynamics,also can improve the tolerance of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.HDF should be widely applied. |
