| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜下联合垂体后叶素行卵巢囊肿剔除术可行性及治疗效果.方法:腹腔镜下治疗43例卵巢囊肿患者(A组),予垂体后叶素6u注射入子宫体部,再行剔除手术,并与腹腔镜下常规行卵巢囊肿剔除术不用垂体后叶素39例(B组)比较,分析其手术时间,出血量及术后吸收热.结果:A、B组术中出血量分别为20.5±1.5mL、75.3...

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore under the combined laparoscopic pituitrin treatment of ovarian cysts removed feasibility and therapeutic effect of surgery.Method： 43 cases of laparoscopic treatment of ovarian cysts（A group）,To the injection of pituitrin into the uterine body 6u,Excluding surgery again,Line with the conventional laparoscopic surgery ovarian cyst removed without pituitrin 39 cases（B group）,Analysis of the operation time,The amount of bleeding and postoperative absorption of heat.Result： A,B group blood loss was 20.5mL±1.5,75.3±0.5mL;The operating time was 0.34 ± 0.23,0.75 hours±0.15 hours;Anal exhaust time was 15.2±0.33,26.2hours±0.75hours;P 〉0.05,significant difference;After three days the body temperature absorption heat were 37.1℃±2.13,37.5℃±0.75 ℃,There＇s no statistically significant.Conclusion： Laparoscopic combined with pituitrin on the treatment of ovarian cysts is safe and feasible technique. |
