| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate the clinical value of high frequency color doppler ultrasonography in differential diagnosis of breast malignant and benign tumors.Method： Data of 180 patients with pathologically confirmed breast masses were analyzed restrospectively,including 130 cases of benign lesions and 50 cases of malignant lesions.Sonographic appearance,interior and peripheral blood flow distribution and doppler frequency of foci were analyzed.The results of high frequency color doppler ultrasonography were compared with those of pathology.Result： The overall conformity rate of sonographic decisions and pathological results were 94.4%.Benign breast tumor state clear,regular,internalechouniform,ring around of the blood flow was appeared,tumors were typically.Conclusion： High frequency color doppler ultrasonography has high value in the diagnosis of breast tumors. |
