Diagnosis Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Breast Cancer

Objective： To elevate ultrasound diagnostic rate of breast cancer by analyzing characteristics of two-dimensional US sonogram and color doppler flow imaging（CDFI）.Method： Eighty-nine patients with breast cancer in our hospital were evaluated retrospectively.All patients received surgical treatment and confirmed by pathology color doppler ultrasonography was performed prior to surgery to detect arterial blood flow signals within the tumors.Sonogram data of these cases have been collected and the characteristics of two-dimensional US sonogram and color doppler flow imaging were compared and summarized.Result： The accuracy rate of color doppler ultrasound was 89.9%（80/89） and the rate of misdiagnosis was10.1%（9/89）;Of total tumour ultrasonogram were detected as irregular tumor shape 77.53%（69/89） with star-like image 82.02%（73/89）,the hypoechoic and heterogeneity internal echogenicity 89.89%（80/89）,presence of microcalcifications 70.79%（63/89）,posterior sonographic artifacts 73.03%（65/89）,the longitude-latiude ratio173.03%（65/89）,metabasis of the axillary lymphnodes 20.22%（18/89）;Bloodstream grade observed by CDFI wereⅡ-Ⅲ 70.79%（63/89）,and blood flow were high resistance（resistance index0.7）.Conclusion： Color doppler can elevate diacritic correctness of breast cancer and have great important value in diagnosis of breast cancer.
