老年高血压危象患者的急诊治疗分析

The Emergency Treatment for Elderly Patients with Hypertensive Crisis

Objective： To analyse the crisis first aid treatment of hypertensive in elderly.Method： From January 2007 to September 2010 the 106 undergraduate rooms treated hypertensive crisis elderly patients were retrospectively analyzed.56 cases were patients with first aid as the observation group,50 patients did not carry out first aid as a control group.Two groups of patients were given rapid and smooth after admission blood pressure,prevent seizures,brain edema,the rescue control measures,statistical incidence of complications and mortality.Result： The patients with acute left heart failure occurred in 1 case,transient cerebral hemorrhage in 5 cases,the active rescue,no death.The complication rate was 10.7%,mortality rate was 0.Control group,patients with cerebral hemorrhage in 3 cases,2 cases of acute heart failure,kidney damage in 1 case,2 died.Complication rate was 12%,mortality rate was 4%.Conclusion： Health education for patients with hypertension,hypertensive crisis to guide their time in the event of an initial emergency care,lower blood pressure as soon as possible,and actively provide rapid and smooth blood pressure,prevention and treatment of cerebral edema and other treatment measures can reduce the complication rate and reduce mortality,protect the lives and safety of patients.
