糖尿病急性并发症70例临床回顾性分析

目的：了解糖尿病急症的临床情况,探索糖尿病急症的临床处理方法。方法：对70例糖尿病急症患者的临床诊治资料进行回顾性分析。结果：经过治疗,治愈33例,好转出院32例,死亡5例,总有效率92.9%。结论：对于糖尿病急性并发症,宜早诊断,早治疗,迅速补液扩容,合理使用胰岛素,调控血糖,平衡电解质紊乱,防治心、脑、肾并发症,进行严密的临床和床边监护,对提高患者存活率有积极意义。

The Clinical Exploration of 70 Cases Diabetes Ketoacidosis

Objective： To understand the clinical situations and explore the treatments of diabetes ketoacidosis.Method： We retrospectively analysed the clinical diagnosis and treatment data of 70 cases diabetes ketoacidosis.Result： After treatment,33 cases cured,32 cases better,and 5 cases died,the general effect rate was 92.9%.Conclusion： To give early diagnosis and treatment to the diabetes ketoacidosis,and make rehydration and hemodilution quickly,rationally using insulin,balance the electrolytes disorders,prevent the complications and give strict clinical monitoring have positive meaning to increasing the survival rate of the diabetes ketoacidosis patients.
