| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the value of high-frequency color doppler ultrasound in diagnosing of thyroid carcinoma.Method： 48 cases of pathologically proved solitary thyroid cancer,high-frequency color doppler ultrasound image features were compared with pathological results.Result： 48 malignant nodules included 34 papillary carcinoma（70.8%）,9 follicular carcinoma（18.8%）,3 medullary carcinoma（6.8%） and 2 non-differentiated carcinoma（4.2%）.And the ultrasound manifestations were hypoechoic in 38 cases（79.2%）,circumscribed margin in 35 cases（72.9%）,internal micro-calcification in 31 cases（64.6%）,blood flow signals in 44 cases（91.7%） and neck lymph node metastasis in 26 cases（54.2%）.And the general ultrasound diagnostic accuracy rate was 81.3%.Conclusion： The ultrasound manifestations of thyroid carcinoma have some characteristics,and general analysis may improve the accuracy of diagnosis. |
