干扰素联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染的临床观察

摘    要:目的:探讨干扰素联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,观察组采用干扰素联合微波治疗,对照组采用复方氯霉素阴道泡腾片联合微波治疗,治疗3月,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效和宫颈脱落细胞检测HPV感染情况。结果:两组患者治疗后阴道分泌物清洁度均显著提高,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);对Ⅰ度和Ⅱ度宫颈糜烂疗效,二者有效率相近,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);对Ⅲ度宫颈糜烂,观察组较对照组疗效好,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);HPV的转阴率,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:干扰素联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染疗效确切,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficiency of interferon and microwave therapy for cervical erosion with human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Method:120 cases patients were randomly divided randomly into the investigation group(60 cases) and the control group(60 cases),the former took the interferon and microwave,the latter took the compound chloramphenicol vaginal effervescent tablets and microwave,after 3 months,the clinical efficacy and human papillomavirus infection in cervcal exfoliated cells were observed and compared.Result:The vaginal cleanliness was improved in the two groups after treatment,There's no significant difference among them(P0.05);For Ⅲ degree cervical erosion,the investigation group had better effect than that in the control group(P0.05);The negative rate of HPV was much higher in the investigation group than that in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:The cervical erosion with human papillomavirus infection treated with interferon combined with microwave is safe,less side effects,and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
