| 摘 要： | 目的探讨尿Survivin、Cox-2蛋白和NMP22含量测定联合检测在膀胱癌的早期诊断中的价值。方法选择39例早期膀胱移行细胞癌和51例非膀胱肿瘤患者,行Survivin、Cox-2蛋白和NMP22检测。结果尿Survivin,Cox-2蛋白、NMP22及Survivin＋Cox-2＋NMP22的敏感性分别为64.1%、76.9%、61.5%和87.2%;准确性分别为80%、86.7%、77.8%和85.6%;特异性分别为92.2%、94.1%、90.2%和84.3%。Survivin＋Cox-2＋NMP22联合检测与Survivin、Cox-2蛋白和NMP22单独检测相比,灵敏性和准确性都有所提高（P〈0.05）。结论三项尿肿瘤标志物联合检测能提高膀胱癌的早期诊断率。
