酒后急性有机磷农药中毒早期应用甘露醇的研究

探讨酒后急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)使用甘露醇对疗效的影响。方法:50例酒后AOPP随即分为治疗组(24例)和对照组(26例),均在传统抢救基础上应用甘露醇。治疗组中毒后2小时内应用甘露醇,对照组中毒后6小时内应用。结果:治疗组和对照组治愈率分别为91.6％和76.9％(P<0.05),治疗组和对照组并发症分别为16.67％和34.6％(P<0.05),治疗组阿托品平均用量较对照组减少345mg(P<0.05),住院时间较对照组缩短3.8日(P<0.05)。结论:酒后急性有机磷农药中毒应尽早使用甘露醇,使病人神志尽快恢复,减少中间综合症和呼吸衰竭发生,提高治愈率和减少病死率。

The studing of using Mannitol earlier on patients after drinking alcohol with acute organic phosphorus poisoning

Objective: In order to study the efficacy of using mannitol earlier on acute organic phosphorus poisoning. Methods: fifty cases after drinking alcohol with AOPP were randomly divided into two groups -the treatment group(24 cases) and the control group(26 cases). Two groups were given mannitol after traditional treatment. The treatment group patients received mannitol therapy after 2 hours' poisoning and the control group after 6 hours. Results:the cure rates of treatment and control groups were 91. 6% and 76. 9% respectively(P<10. 05). Incidences of complications in two groups were 16. 67% and 34. 6% respectively (P<0. 05). Mean does of artropine in the treatment group reduced by 345 mg(P<0. 05). The treatment group was shortened 3. 8 days in hospital compared to the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusions: the observation suggests that patients after drinking alcohol with Aopp ought to use mannitol earlier in order to recover consciousness of patients earlier,to reduce incidences of intermediate syndrome and respiratory failure,to increase the cure rate and decrease the death rate.
