| 摘 要： | 本文采用免疫透射比浊法对58例脑出血患者和44例脑梗塞患者血清Lp(a)进行检测并与健康体检者进行分析比较,三者结果分别为336.0±168.7mg/L和350.7±173.1mg/L及184.1±132.2mg/L,患者血清Lp(a)较正常人明显升高(P<0.01),Lp(a)是脑血管疾病一种重要危险因子。

| Abstract: | We determined Lp(a) in 58 patients with cerebral hemorrhageand and 44 patients with cerebral infarct and compared with health control group. The Lp(a) evel is 336. 0±168. 7mg/L and 350. 7±173. 1mg/L and 184. 1±132. 2mg/L respectively I. e. the level of Lp(a) of patients with cerebrovascular. disease was evidenthy higher than that of control group (P<0. 01). Lp(a) is an important risk factor of cerebrpvascular disease. |
