白芍的HPLC指纹图谱及模式识别研究

摘    要:目的 研究白芍药材的质量控制方法.方法 采用高效液相色谱建立了白芍药材的HPLC的指纹图谱,收集了不同批次的47批样品进行测定,并使用聚类分析和主成分分析对指纹图谱进行了模式识别研究.结果 主成分分析和聚类分析结果一致,样品分为药材和饮片两类.结论 该方法可用于白芍质量控制及综合评价.

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for quality control of Radix Paeoniae Alba.Methods A high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed to establish the fingerprint of Radix Paeoniae Alba and 47 samples from various batches were analyzed.Cluster analysis and principal component analysis (PCA) were applied to study on HPLC fingerprint and chemical pattern recognition method.Results The result of PCA and cluster analysis showed that the samples were divided into two types.The HPLC fingerprinting of Radix Paeoniae Alba,showing 10 characteristic peaks,was established from 47 hatches of Radix Paeoniae Alba.Conclusion The method provides an academic reference for the quality control of Radix Paeoniae Alba.
