中医联合介入化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的临床研究

目的比较中药联合介入化疗与单纯介入化疗治疗恶性肿瘤的临床疗效及不良反应。方法将入选的60例患者随机分为2组,观察组30例行中药联合介入化疗,平均化疗5.3个疗程。对照组30例行单纯介入化疗,平均化疗5个疗程。结果观察组完全缓解(CR)3例,部分缓解(PR)13例,稳定(NC)10例,进展(PD)4例,总有效率53%。对照组CR 1例,PR 10例,NC 13例,PD 6例,总有效率37%。治疗组疗效、生活质量较对照组明显改善。结论中药参芪扶正注射液联合介入化疗治疗恶性肿瘤可以提高疗效以及患者生活质量,减轻化疗的不良反应,患者化疗依从性好。

Clinical study of the combined treatment with Chinese traditional medicine and interventional chemotherapy on malignant tumor

Objective It is to compare the curative effect and side-effect of the combined treatment with Chinese traditional medicine and interventional chemotherapy with only interventional chemotherapy on malignant tumors.Methods 60 cases with malignant tumor were randomly divided into observation group(n=30) and control group(n=30);combined treatment was given to observation group and the treatment cycle was 5.3 on average,while only chemotherapy was given to control group and the cycle was 5 on average.Results In observation group,complete remission was found in 3 cases,partial remission in 13 cases,no changes in 10 cases and progressive deterioration in 4 cases,the total effective rate was 53%;in control group,complete remission was found in 1 case,partial remission in 10 cases,no changes in 13 cases and progressive deterioration in 6 cases,the total effective rate was 37%.After treatment,the quality of life of the patients and the curative effect in observation group were improved much more than that in control group.Conclusion The combined treatment with Chinese traditional medicine and interventional chemotherapy can improve the curative effect and quality of life,decrease the side-effect of chemotherapy,lead to better compliance of patients.
