脑胶质瘤中凋亡抑制生存基因和细胞周期蛋白b1的表达及临床意义

目的探讨凋亡抑制生存基因(survivin)在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及其与细胞周期蛋白(cyclin)b1蛋白表达的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测survivin、cyclin b1表达蛋白在41例胶质瘤和10例正常脑组织中的表达。结果survivin基因表达蛋白在正常脑组织中无表达;41例胶质瘤中25例呈阳性表达,占61.0%。病理分级Ⅰ~Ⅱ级和Ⅲ~Ⅳ级间的表达差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。胶质瘤组织survivin蛋白的表达与cyclin b1蛋白表达密切相关(r_s=0.836,P0.01)。结论 survivin蛋白异常表达在胶质瘤的发生中起重要作用,它可能与cyclin b1共同在胶质瘤细胞有丝分裂的G2/M期中起特殊促进作用。

Expression and clinical significance of survivin and cyclin b1 in human glioma

Objective To investigate the expression of survivin gene in human gliomas and its correlation with cyclin b1 .Methods The expression of survivin and cyclin b1 in 41 cases of glioma tissue and 10 cases of normal brain tissue were assessed by immunohistochemistry staining (SABC) method .Results The survivin gene expression pro-tein had no expression in the normal brain tissue ,among 41 cases of glioma ,25 cases had the surviving positive ex-pression ,accounting for 61 .0% (25/41) .The expression had statistical difference between the grade Ⅰ - Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ - Ⅳ (P< 0 .05) .There also was close correlation between surviving protein expression and cyclin b1 protein expression (rs = 0 .836 ,P < 0 .01) .Conclusion The abnormal expression of survivin plays an important role in the development of glioma ,which together with cyclin b1 may play a promotion role in the stage G2 /M of glioma cell mi-tosis .
