| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胰岛素样生长因子(IGFs)与子宫内膜及子宫内膜异位症(EMs)的关系。方法：查阅文献，进行综述。结果：IGFs及其受体和胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白(IGFBPs)在子宫内膜发生生理性和病理性改变时其表达也发生变化。EMs患者在位内膜和异位内膜的IGFs及其受体和IGFBPs表达强度不同。且其在腹水中的表达强度也与对照组不同。结论：胰岛素样生长因子对子宫内膜的生长和分化有调控作用；它可能参与了EMs的病理发生过程。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the correlation of insulin-like growth factor (IGFs) with endometrium and endometriosis (EMs).Methods:Looking up literatures and summarizing them.Results:The expression of IGFs and insulin-like growth factor binding protein (IGFBPs) varied with the physiological and pathological changes in endometrium.Compared with control group,the expression of IGFs,its receptor and IGFBPs differed in normal or dystopic endometrium and ascites.Conclusion:IGFs plays a role in regulating growth and differentiation of endometrium.It may involve in pathogenesis of EMs. |
