医学生网络成瘾者心理健康状况的现况研究

目的探讨医学生网络成瘾者的心理健康状况,为采取积极有效的干预措施提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,以网络成瘾自评量表、卡特尔16种人格量表(16PF)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)对某医学院648名大学生进行流行病学现况调查。结果男生上网率(96.79%)明显高于女生(81.07%),大一年级上网率明显低于其他年级。医学生网络成瘾率为12.22%,男生成瘾率(15.82%)明显高于女生(5.08%)。网络成瘾者16PF的乐群性、稳定性、恃强性、怀疑性、忧虑性等得分明显不同于非成瘾者。成瘾者SCL-90测试总分、躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执各因子得分均高于非成瘾者。结论医学生的网络成瘾发生率较高,网络成瘾对大学生的人格特质、心理健康水平已产生明显影响,加强网络成瘾的预防和控制非常重要。

An epidemiological study on the psychological health of internet addiction disorder among medical students

Objective To investigate the psychological health and prevalence rate of internet addiction disorder(IAD) among medical students,and to provide basis for prevention measures.Methods 16PF and SCL-90 self-assessment questionnaire were used for investigation addiction among 648 medical students from a medical college by using stratified and cluster sampling method.Results The netsurfing rate of male(96.79%) was significantly higher than that of female(81.07%),freshmen was significantly lower than that of other grades.The IAD rate of male(15.82%) was higher than that of female(5.08%).There were significant difference in warmth,emotional stability,aggressiveness,doubt in 16PF,and anxiety,total score,somatization,obsessive,interpersonal,depression,anxiety,hostility in SCL-90 between IAD and non-IAD.Conclusions The prevalence rate of IAD were higher in medical students.IAD had effect on personality characteristic and psychological health of college students.Therefore it was very important that prevention and control of IAD should be enhanced.
