| 摘 要： | 目的探讨分析甲状腺癌颈淋巴清扫术后并发乳糜瘘的临床诊断与治疗方法。方法对我院在1998年7月至2009年7月间行甲状腺癌颈清术并发术后乳糜瘘13例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果甲状腺癌颈清术后并发术后乳糜瘘发生率为1.89%,多发生在右侧,全部患者经治疗后治愈。结论乳糜瘘多发生在右侧与解剖因素有关。手术者对解剖的熟悉程度和手术操作的仔细操作是预防乳糜瘘发生的关键。乳糜瘘的处理以保守治疗为主。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical analysis and management of chylous after neck dissection in thyroid carcinoma.Methods Retrospective analysis 13 cases chylous after neck dissection in thyroid carcinoma from July 1998 to July 2009 at our hospital.Results The incidence rate of chylous after neck dissection in thyroid carcinoma was 1.89%.It was occurrence left more than right.All patients are curing after management.Conclusion hylous occurrence left more than right was concerned with the anatomy of neck dissection. Operator should know better about the anatomy of neck dissection.It shows that local pressure dressing and drainage is effective. |
