| 摘 要： | 目的 研究宁波市大学生伤害的流行病学特征,为高校开展伤害的预防和干预措施提供科学依据.方法 用现况调查方法,抽取宁波市15所高校的2 678名大学生进行伤害调查和流行病学特征分析.结果 大学生伤害的年发生率为32.76%,前5位伤害发生率依次为:跌伤19.79%、碰撞或硬物击伤13.03%、刀或锐器刺伤10.19%、骨头或鱼刺等卡喉伤8.74%和烧烫伤6.27%;理工科类专业发生率高于文科和医科;多发生在校内运动或玩耍时,人均医药费255.0元.结论 大学生是当地伤害发生的高危人群,教育和卫生等相关部门应加强伤害监测,根据学生的生理、心理及学习等特点,有针对性地制订有效的预防干预措施和开展宣传教育,提高大学生的自我保护意识,养成良好的行为和生活方式.
