布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿急性喉炎

目的 :了解观察布地奈德雾化液治疗小儿急性喉炎的疗效。方法 :与甲基强的松龙、地塞米松治疗效果作比较对照。将 2 0 0 2年 7月～ 2 0 0 4年 7月我院门诊和病房收治的 65例小儿急性喉炎分为两组 ,治疗组 3 7例 ,对照组 2 8例。两组均采用相同的综合治疗。治疗组予布地奈德 +生理盐水 ,用空气压缩泵雾化吸入 ,1岁以下 0 5mg/kg·d ,1岁以上 1mg/kg·d ,加入生理盐水 1ml中 ,每次 10min ,连用 1～ 2d。对照组予甲基强的松龙 1～ 2mg/kg·d ,每日 1次 ,至治愈。另外一组为 1999年 2月～ 2 0 0 2年 5月 4年病房收治的 42例急性喉炎患儿 ,予地塞米松 0 3～ 0 5mg/kg·d ,至治愈。结果 :治疗组与甲基强的松龙组比较 ,χ2 =0 11,P =0 75 ,与地塞米松组比较 ,χ2 =5 17,P =0 0 3。显效与有效的比较 :治疗组予甲基强的松龙 χ2 =3 84,P =0 0 5 ,与地塞米松组比较 ,χ2 =16 6,P <0 0 0 0 1。差异有显著性。结论 :布地奈德雾化液雾化吸入治疗比甲基强的松龙、地塞米松静脉注射见效快 ,可缩短治疗时间 ,使用方便 ,可门诊推广使用。

Acute laryngitis of children treated by inhalation of Budesonide

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Budesonide aerosol on acute laryngitis of children.Methods:65 children with acute laryngitis in clinic and wards of this hospital from Jul 2002 to Jul 2004 were divided into treatment group (37 cases) and methylprednisolone group (28 cases). The children of treatment group were treated by inhalation of Budesonide and saline solution, 10 min per time for 1～2 days, and the children of control group were treated by methylprednisolone, 1～2 mg·kg -1·d -1, one time per day, till fully recovering. 42 children with acute laryngitis (dexamethasone group) from Feb 1999 to May 2002 were treated by dexamethasone, 0.3～0.5mg·kg -1·d -1, till fully recovering. Results:Apparent effective cases, effective cases to noneffective cases, comparing between treatment group and methylprednisolone group,χ 2=0.11,P=0.75; comparing between treatment group and desamethsone group,χ 2=5.17, P=0.03. Apparent effective case to effective cases, comparing between treatment group and methylprednisolone group,χ 2=3.84,P=0.05; comparing between treatment group and desamethsone group, χ 2=16.6, P<0.001.Conclusion:Budesonide aerosol inhalation has the more instant effect than methylprednisolone and desamethsone injection. This method can shorten treatment time, which is easy to use and can be applied widely in clinic.
