异位妊娠破裂术前诊疗配合及术后护理对策

目的 通过对异位妊娠破裂的临床护理观察，探讨提高专病专护的能力。方法 根据263例异位妊娠临床特征及病情观察和鉴别，采用休克指征或休克指数判断急、重、缓，及时做好分诊、术前、术后护理。结果 197例异位妊娠破裂出血的患者得到及时手术，为抢救赢得时间，无1例出现并发症和死亡。结论 护士加强专科专病理论学习，在护理观察中对病情发生、发展有预见性，并有针对性地实施护理措施，落实健康教育，从根本上提高护理质量和专业素质。

Preoperative Examination and Postoperative Nursing Measures of Ectopic Gestation Rupture

Objective To study how to improve the ability of special nursing for special diseases by clinical nursing observation of ectopic gestation rupture. Methods According to the clinical features and observation of 263 ectopic pregnancy, using shock sing or shock index to judge mild, serve and acute, then do diagnosis well. Results 197 cases of ectopic pregnancy hemorrhage were operated in time, no complications and death were found. Conclusions Nurse should enhance theoretic study in special disease, apply for corresponding scientific methods during nursing care, predict disease occurrence and development, and pertinently perform health instruction in order to improve nursing and specialty quality.
