我院抗菌药物应用情况调查与分析

目的找出不合理应用抗菌药物症结,为临床合理用药提供科学依据.方法调查我院2001年3月出院患者病历1 175份,并分析抗菌药物应用的合理性.结果共应用抗菌药物2 013例次,抗菌药物应用率为73.45%.其中,预防用药49.18%,治疗用药49.18%,盲目用药1.64%;合理用药67.76%,基本合理用药23.40%,不合理用药8.84%;共用药13类、58种,居前5位者依次为喹诺酮类、头孢菌素类、青霉素类、硝咪唑及大环内酯类.结论我院抗菌药物应用率仍高于卫生部要求,应用合理率偏低.

Investigation and Analysis of the Use of Antimicrobials in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE:To find out the crux of irrational use of antimicrobials and provide scientific basis for rational use of drugs. METHODS: 1 175 medical records of patients who were discharged in March 2001 were investigated and the rationality in use of antimicrobials was analysed. RESULTS: The use of antimicrobials reached 2 013 case-times with a rate of application of 73.45%.Of the antimicrobials used, 49.18% were for prophylaxis, 49.18% for therapy and 1.64% without clear aim; 67.76% were rational in use , 23.40% relatively rational and 8.84% irrational. The antimicrobials used totalled 13 classes, 58 kinds. The drugs that occupied first 5 places were quinoloncs, cephalosporins, penicillins, imidazoles and macrolides. CONCLUSION: In our hospital, the application rate of antimicrobial is still higher than that demanded by Ministry of Public Health, and the rationality in use is low.
