烧伤外科住院医师规范化培训中临床思维能力培养初探

住院医师规范化培训是培养具有独立执业能力和高超临床技能的专业医学人才的重要环节。通过对5年来68名在烧伤外科进行规范化培训住院医师教学工作经验的总结,针对受训住院医师临床实践中思维能力和决策能力相对薄弱的特点,归纳了一套适合于烧伤专科中心开展以培养临床思维能力为主导的综合带教措施。其有助于住院医师强化外科基础知识和基本技能的系统实践和锻炼,促进临床实践综合能力的提高。

Cultivation of Clinical Thinking Ability of Standardized Training of Burn Surgery Residents

Standardized training of residents is an important link in the training procedure of independent medical practice and excellent clinical skills. In view of insufficient abilities of most residents, we summed up the teaching experience of 68 standardized-training residents in the recent 5 years, and concluded a set of teaching measures applicable for the training of clinical thinking ability in the specialty burn surgery centers. These measures were proved useful in consolidating the basic surgery knowledge and skills, and helpful in promoting the clinical comprehensive ability.
