| 摘 要： | 载脂蛋白E（ApoE）是人血浆主要载脂蛋白之一，其基因多态性与多种神经系统疾病如阿尔茨海默病的发生有关，但具体致病机制不清。近年来国外一些研究发现ApoE基因多态性对阿尔茨海默病患者及正常老年人的脑容积有明显的影响，为阐述该基因对神经系统影响的机制提供了新的思路。

| Abstract: | Apoliprotein E（ApoE） is a main plasma protein. Its genetic polymorphism is associated with a variety of nervous system diseases, such as Alzheimer＇s disease, but the pathogenetic mechanism is uncertain. In recent years, some abroad studies have found that genetic polymorphism of ApoE has distinct effect on the brain volume in patients with Alzheimer＇s disease and healthy elderly adults ,which provides new thoughts to illustrate the mechanism that how the ApoE gene influences the nervous system. |
