| 摘 要： | 文章通过对宜昌市农村卫生室现状及卫生服务进行抽样调查，发现目前宜昌市村卫生室覆盖率较高，卫生人员数量较多，但卫生人员结构不合理，医疗服务利用率不高，揭示应加强基层卫生机构的建设，提高居民健康水平。

| Abstract: | Based on a sampling investigation on the status of village clinics and health services in rural area in Yichang city, we found that the coverage of village clinics was high, and the number of health officers was great, but the structure of health officers was unreasonable, and the utilization rate of health services was low. It indicates that in order to improve the villagers'health level, the primary sanitary organization needs enhancing. |
