福州市2004年吸毒人群HIV监测结果分析

目的通过对吸毒人群的监测,掌握福州市吸毒人群HIV感染状况,为制定防治对策提供依据。方法采用现场调查和血液检测的方法对戒毒所吸毒人员的基本情况、吸毒行为和血清抗体进行监测。结果2004年首次在585名吸毒人员中检出9例HIV感染者,检出率为1.5%,吸毒人员静脉吸毒和共用注射器比例分别为69.1%和33.4%。结论HIV已经在福州市吸毒人群中扩散传播,吸毒者有共用注射器和多性伴双重高危行为,应采取有效措施对该类人群进行相关危险行为的干预。

Analysis on HIV Monitoring Results of Drug Users in Fuzhou City of 2004

Objective This analysis was to help comprehend the HIV infection status among drug users in Fuzhou City by monitoring so as to provide basis for implementing preventive and cure countermeasures. Methods Basic condition, behavior and antibodies in serums of drugs users from rehabilitation centers were monitored by on-site investigation and serological tests. Results In 2004, 9 cases of HIV infection were detected for the first time in 585 drug users, with a detection rate of 1.5%, and ratios of venous injection and sharing syringes among drug users were 69.1% and 33.4% respectively. Conclusion HIV has spread and been transmitted among drugs users in Fuzhou, and given the presence of high-risk behaviors such as sharing syringes and multiple sexual partners, we should take effective measures to carry out interventions on related risky behavior in this population.
