缺碘对发育期大鼠大脑蛋白质和核酸的影响

摘    要:本实验研究了严重碘缺乏对第一代仔鼠大脑蛋白质,DNA 和 RNA 含量的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,低碘组大鼠大脑蛋白质含量、蛋白质/DNA 比值和 RNA/DNA 比值明显减少;大脑 DNA 含量和细胞数不变,但是大脑 DNA 浓度增高、细胞密度增大,细胞体积缩小。由此可见,缺碘影响了脑的生化发育。

Abstract:The influence of severe iodine deficiency on protein,DNA andRNA in the cerebrum of the first generation of rat has been studied.In the experimental group,protein content,protein/DNA and RNA/DNAratios of the cerebrum reduced significantly in comparison with the controlgroup.DNA content and cell numbers of the cerebrum were not significantly affected by iodine deficiency while DNA concentration and cell densityincreased,cell size reduced.These findings indicate that iodine deficiencyretards the brain development biochemically.
