电视胸腔镜在胸部创伤诊治中的应用价值

目的 探讨电视胸腔镜手术在胸部创伤诊治中的应用价值。方法 对160例早期胸部创伤行电视胸腔镜手术。其中胸部开放伤109例，胸部闭合性损伤51例。结果 本组均经电视胸腔镜手术成功止血，清除血凝块，成功修补肺裂伤及膈肌裂伤等。除1例死亡（死于多器官功能衰竭）外，均痊愈出院。结论 合理应用电视胸腔镜治疗早期胸部创伤具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点。

Application of video-assisted thoracoscope in treatment of thoracic trauma

Objective To evaluate the value of video-assisted thoracic surgery(VATS) for the diagnosis and treatment of thoracic trauma.Methods VATS was performed in 160 cases of acute thoracic trauma,among which there were 109 cases of opening thoracic trauma and 51 cases of closing thoracic trauma.Results By VATS,the haemostasis was stopped,the blood clot was cleaned,and the laceration of lung or diaphragmatic rupture was repaired.All the other patients had been discharged to rehabilitation except for 1 death due to multiple organ failure.Conculsion The reasonable application of VATS in the diagnosis and treatment of acute thoracic trauma has the advantages of minimal invasiveness,fast rehabilitation and few complications.
