| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨 CT仿真内窥镜 (CTVE)在鼻内镜手术中的临床应用价值。方法 :选择临床拟诊鼻与鼻窦病变患者 4 7例 ,分别行 CTVE和鼻内镜检查 ,分别记录两种检查结果并作对比分析 (χ2 检验 ) ,结果 :CTVE和鼻内镜均能清晰显示鼻窦内病变位置及表面情况 ,有良好的一致性。 CTVE还能从多角度无创地观察病变 ,补充鼻内镜检查的不足。结论 :CTVE能准确显示病变 ,为鼻内镜手术提供有价值的术前参考。

| Abstract: | Purpose To evaluate the clinical application of CT virtual endoscopy(CTVE)in endoscopy sinus surgery.Methods 47 cases with nasosinus diseases were examined with CTVE and endoscopy,and the nasosinus structures and diseases inspected through CTVE and endoscopy respectively.The results of both methods were recorded and analyzed satistieally by χ2 test.Results Both CTVE and nosal endoscopy can display the nasosinus structures and diseases clearly,and CTVE can display diseases noninvasively from multiple accesses,CTVE can be used as a supplement to endscopyin diagnosis of nasosinus diseases.Conclusion CTVE can prove useful reference for surgeon before endoscopic sinus surgery. |
