| 摘 要： | 肾脏是瘦素的主要清除器官,同时瘦素又可对肾脏功能产生直接作用,影响慢性肾功能衰竭患者的疾病进程。高瘦素血症与尿毒症患者的厌食、营养不良及心血管疾病密切相关。不同透析方法对瘦素的清除作用不同。肾移植患者高瘦素血症可能影响其长期建立起来的免疫平衡状态。

| Abstract: | Leptin,a polypeptide hormone coded by Ob-gene,has the functions of depressing appetite,reducing caloric intake and enhancing caloric consumption,etc.Leptin has a close relationship with kidney,for it is metabolized and eliminated via kidney.Meanwhile,leptin can also directly affect kidney functions,influencing the process of chronic renal failure.Furthermore,hyper-leptinemia is associated with anorexia,malnutrition and cardiovascular diseases.Different dialysis patterns may also play different roles in clea... |
