社区教育背景下的开放远程教育资源建设模式初探

摘    要:开展社区教育,建设学习型社区是推进和谐社区建设的一个重要组成部分,也是一项系统的社会工程,它以提高社区的文明程度、市民的综合素质和满足居民精神文化生活的总体要求为目标,而远程教育是一种全新的教育方式,全新的教育理念,恰好与社区教育的特征相符合,使社区教育在新世纪有了新的特色。开放远程教育和社区教育是构筑终身教育体系和学习型社区的基础和载体,两者的联手与合作是构建终身教育体系和学习型社区的崭新途径。而资源建设问题是社区教育背景下开放教育的关键问题,也是难点问题。本文以社区远程教育资源的现状、内容及其特征入手,从功能定位、目标分析、资源建设等环节来探索社区教育背景下的开放教育资源建设问题,旨在使远程教育更好地融入社区教育的活动中,推动社区教育的发展,促进教学资源的建设与应用,具有较好的理论价值和现实意义。

Abstract:Conducting community education and constructing learning-oriented community are an important component in promoting harmonious community and a systemic social project. Its objectives are to upgrade community civilization and residents' comprehensive quality and meet the overall requirements of residents' cultural life. Distance education, a brandnew educational means and concept, conforms with the characteristics of community education, making it gain new features in the new century. Combination and cooperation between open distance education and community edcuation pave a new way for lifelong education system and learning-oriented society. Resource construction is a key issue and difficult problem in open education based on community education. This article discusses the current situation, contents and characteristics of community distance education resources, then explores the problems of open distance education resources construction from var/ous aspects, such as function orientation, target analysis and resources construction in order to integrate distance education into community education activities, promote community education, and improve construction and application of teaching resources. It is of good theoretical value and practical significance.
