人工气管移植实验研究

目的探讨能与人体气管愈合成为一体的人工气管的实验方法。方法用长5cm羊气管,实验时切除羊颈段气管5cm,用人工气管重建。手术后1、2周,1、3、6、12个月摄X线片、支气管镜检查,然后处死检查大体和镜下病理,观察人工气管愈合情况。结果8只实验动物人工气管与自体气管均顺利达到生物性愈合,黏膜成活,实验动物长期存活。3个月时有部分软骨细胞融解吸收,但支架位置良好,管腔通畅。6、12个月后标本显示人工气管完全成活。但吻合口处有少量肉芽增生,管腔轻度狭窄。结论人工气管可以与自体气管形成生物性愈合,气道管腔通畅,动物长期生存。

Experimental study on artificial trachea transplantation

Objective To investigate an artificial trachea which can be biologically healed with native trachea.Methods The 5cm-long trachea of sheep was pre-treated with 0.625% glutaraldehyde,and the Sigma stainless steel stent was positioned inside the tracheal lumen and was sutured together with type-Ⅱ Zhao＇s artificial trachea.The reconstruction of the defect of the trachea was performed with it after resection of 5cm trachea.Then X-ray,bronchoscopic and pathologic examinations were conducted periodically after 2 weeks and 1,3,6,12 months to observe the healing state of the artificial trachea.Results The biological healing of artificial trachea with native trachea was achieved in all of the 8 animals.The mucous membrane was alive.The animals were all alive for a long term. On the third month the stent was in place and the lumen was well open although the part of cartilage cells were absorpted.On the sixth and twelfth month the artificial trachea was well alive with slight granulation,and there was stenosis around anastomosis.Conclusion The artificial trachea can be healed with native trachea biologically,which is made from preserved homogenous trachea with Sigma stent,with being guaranteed airway open and long-term survival of the animals.
