| 摘 要： | 心房颤动（简称房颤）是引发卒中的重要原因之一。抗凝治疗可以大大降低卒中的风险,但目前我国房颤病人接受抗凝治疗的比例很低,临床医师应该积极改善房颤病人的抗凝治疗。本文结合最新的房颤抗凝治疗指南,就如何提高房颤的知晓率、治疗率和抗凝达标率提出了一些看法和建议。

| Abstract: | Atrial fibrillation is one of the primary causes of stroke, and its risk could considerably be reduced with antico- agulant therapy. However, the rate of anticoagulant therapy for atrial fibrillation patients in China is very low. Physicians should make greater efforts for the improvement of anticoagulant therapy for those affected patients. Based on the latest atrial fibrillation guidelines, the author puts forward his personal views and suggestions on how to increase the rate of knowledge, the rate of treatment and the rate of reaching a set standard concerning atrial fibrillation among atrial fibrillation patients. |
